radical autonomy ~ reclaim your body

Radical Autonomy is an invitation for you

to reclaim your body and your narrative.

We have experiential stories:
They are intellectual, psychological, physical.

Whether by choice, force, or happenstance-
everything we have ever lived

is attached to us in some way.

Radical Autonomy is a deep awareness

for personal growth and healing,

with intention to re-integrate,

body, mind, spirit,

undoing, realigning and beyond.

Please reserve by sending a sliding scale contribution of $15-$40 to Venmo link below.

(Questions and other means to reserve? Contact reese here.)

Radical Autonomy / Reclaim Your Body

From guided exercises~

elements of dance, yoga, aerobics, calisthenics, mediation,

Body Mind Centering,

Viewpoints, Gyrokinesis. and more~

you will develop your own practice

to take with you and evolve for yourself.

Radical Autonomy is a great workout!

You will build strength, endurance and flexibility, with very low impact,

while awakening your body's wisdom.

Last Saturday, Monthly

What stories are held in our bodies?
Are they ours, are they others’ that

have been put upon us?

Labels or identity,

ancestral and/or present day:

How are we defined? How do we identify?

Do we accept or reject these labels?

How are various identifiers a part of us,

but not necessarily define us?

If we can balance on trusting ourselves,

and if we can trust that deep down

we know our own truth,

and if we can lean into the summary that

most of the stories

of how we are supposed to be are made up,

then can we also lean into knowing that

the narrative of our identities

are also made up?
